Dưới đây là list câu hỏi đề thi thật IELTS Speaking thường xuất hiện trong ngày 15/10.
📝 Sample từng câu:
PART 1: TAKE PHOTOS
● Do you take photos by camera or phone?
Actually I don’t take photos. The reason is, well, I am not photogenic, I mean, I look a bit unattractive in photos, while in real life I am not that ugly. Taking a photo is a nightmare to me to tell you the truth. But you know I do love taking photos of, say, other people or beautiful scenery. I have a lot of them on my phone.
● How to deal with pictures after you take them?
I’d put them all in the cloud. My go-to is Google photos because after I take a few snaps, it automatically syncs with my Google account and stores them online – this way I know I’ll have them forever – I could always lose my phone or an external hard drive.
● Do you want to learn photography to improve your skills of taking photos?
No I don’t. I don’t look good in photos, like I said before, and photography is just a hobby to me, honestly speaking. I haven’t thought of making money as a photographer, so there’s no point in improving this skill. I have another plan, though, which is to improve my English and also my Vietnamese, as I want to be an interpreter. Now I am saving up for this goal.
● Is it good to reserve photos in a cell phone?
Storing photos on a cell phone can be really convenient, as it keeps all our memories right at your fingertips. But, it’s a double-edged sword because phones can get lost or damaged, so those precious moments can be lost. So it’s good to back up photos to, you know, iCloud or an external hard drive, so we’re not putting all our eggs in one basket.
PART 2:
Describe a person who thinks music is important and enjoys music
You should say:
-
Who this person is
-
How you knew him/her
-
What music he/she likes
-
Why he/she thinks music is important
And explain how you feel about him/her.
I would like to talk about my friend, Jenifer, an avid music lover. I don’t know exactly when we met the first time, but we crossed paths during a music theory class in college.
Jenifer enjoys a wide range of music, but her favorites are classical and jazz. She often attends concerts and has a vast collection of records at home. She loves playing the piano and spends hours practicing and perfecting her skills. Her dedication to music is truly inspiring.
Jenifer thinks music is important for several reasons. She believes it has the power to connect people, transcend language barriers, and express emotions that words often can’t. For her, music is a source of comfort and joy, a way to relax and unwind. She often says that music has been a constant companion through both good and challenging times in her life.
Actually, I have a lot of admiration for Jenifer. Her passion for music is contagious, and she’s always eager to share her knowledge and love for it with others. She’s introduced me to many different genres and artists that I might not have discovered on my own. Her enthusiasm and dedication to music have even inspired me to appreciate and explore music more deeply. I feel lucky to have a friend like Jenifer, who not only values the beauty of music but also brings that beauty into the lives of those around her.
PART 3:
● What do you think about playing music for children in class?
In my opinion, playing music for children in class can be incredibly beneficial. It creates a positive atmosphere that can enhance their mood and make learning more enjoyable. According to an article that I have recently read, music can also aid in memory retention and concentration, helping students absorb information more effectively. On top of that, it can serve as a great tool for transitions between activities, keeping the classroom environment dynamic and engaging.
● Why do many teachers incorporate music into the classroom?
I think it’s because music can significantly boost student engagement and motivation. Music has the ability to capture students' attention by its catchy tunes and make lessons more interesting. It also helps to create a relaxing and welcoming classroom environment, which can reduce stress and anxiety. By integrating music into their teaching, educators can make the learning process more enjoyable.
● Do you think there are any advantages to a shop with music playing?
Yes, there are several advantages to having music playing in a shop. Music can set the tone and create a pleasant shopping atmosphere, making customers feel more comfortable and inclined to spend more time browsing. It can also influence their mood and shopping behaviour, potentially increasing their likelihood of making purchases. Plus, background music can help to mask any unwanted noises, contributing to a more seamless and enjoyable shopping experience.
● Would people’s shopping behaviour be affected in a shop with music? How?
People’s shopping behavior can definitely be influenced by the presence of music in a shop. Upbeat and lively music can energize shoppers, encouraging them to spend more time in the store and make impulsive purchases. On the other hand, soft and soothing music can create a relaxed environment, leading customers to browse at a leisurely pace and potentially make more considered buying decisions. Music can also evoke emotions and memories, which can subtly influence purchasing choices. Overall, the right music can enhance the shopping experience and positively impact sales.
